1. The service
Fast Find is a one-time, personalized product research service for shoppers in the United States. The price is $39 USD for one completed research brief. It is not a subscription.
Your brief is complete when we have the practical information needed to research it, such as the product category, intended use, budget, important preferences, timing, and a working contact email. If something essential is missing, we may ask a follow-up question before the delivery period begins.
2. What you receive
Each completed Fast Find includes five product options:
- one recommended winner for the brief;
- one best-value option;
- one upgrade option; and
- two credible alternatives.
We also explain the key tradeoffs and provide available merchant or manufacturer links. Prices, stock, specifications, promotions, and seller terms are a snapshot and may change after delivery.
3. Timing and research start
We aim to deliver the completed Fast Find within two business days after receiving a complete brief. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
We will send a research-start confirmation when work on the brief begins. Until that confirmation is sent, you may cancel for a full refund. If we expect to miss the delivery commitment, we will let you know and give you the option of a full refund.
4. Your included revision
The service includes one reasonable revision requested within seven calendar days after delivery. A revision may ask us to correct or reconsider the recommendations against the requirements in the original brief. A materially different category, use case, budget, or recipient is a new research request rather than a revision.
5. What Fast Find is not
Fast Find provides research and recommendations only. We do not sell or ship physical goods, hold inventory, purchase products on your behalf, guarantee a merchant's performance, or become a party to your purchase from a third-party seller.
The service does not provide safety, medical, legal, or financial advice. Recommendations are not a substitute for professional advice, manufacturer instructions, recalls and safety notices, fit or compatibility checks, or your own assessment of whether a product is appropriate. You remain responsible for the final selection and purchase.
6. Third-party sellers and links
A product purchase is governed by the seller's own price, shipping, warranty, return, privacy, and customer-service terms. Some links may be affiliate links, which means Cart Signal may earn a commission from a qualifying purchase without changing the price you pay. Compensation does not guarantee inclusion or a favorable recommendation.
7. Your responsibilities
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to order Fast Find. Please provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and do not submit payment-card details, health records, government identifiers, account passwords, or other sensitive information in the brief.
8. Payment, cancellations, and refunds
Payment is processed by Stripe. Our cancellation and refund rules are explained in the Fast Find Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be limited.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service changes. The version shown when you place an order applies to that order unless a change is required by law or you agree to it. Material changes apply prospectively and will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
