Cancel before research starts
You may cancel for a full refund any time before we send the research-start confirmation. Use the contact page and include enough information for us to identify the order. You do not need to give a reason.
After research starts
Because Fast Find is personalized research, the $39 fee is otherwise nonrefundable after the research-start confirmation, except where this policy or applicable law provides a refund.
A change of mind, a newly preferred product, or a later change in a seller's price, inventory, promotion, shipping, or return terms does not by itself qualify for a refund.
If we are late or cannot fulfill the brief
If we do not deliver within two business days after receiving a complete brief, you may choose either continued fulfillment or a full refund. If we determine that we cannot reasonably fulfill the brief, we will cancel it and offer a full refund.
Duplicate charges
If the same Fast Find order is charged more than once, contact us so we can review it. A confirmed duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
If the delivery materially misses the brief
A material miss means the delivery omits a promised part of the five-option package or clearly disregards an explicit requirement included in the complete original brief. It does not mean that you simply prefer a different product or that market information changes after delivery.
Tell us within seven calendar days after delivery and explain the issue. We will first use the included revision to correct the delivery within a reasonable time. If we cannot cure a confirmed material miss, we will offer an appropriate refund, which may be a full refund when the service as a whole did not provide the promised value.
How and when refunds appear
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Your bank or card issuer controls when the credit appears after it is submitted, so posting time can vary.
